Ms. Rossi
Buongiorno!!!

Welcome to the official website for Ms. Rossi, the latest award-winning series out of Italy created by writer-director Pat Battistini. This sharp and stylish episodic comedy follows one woman’s misadventures through mistaken identity. Take a look around, watch the trailer, and discover how you can be part of the journey.

Meet Ms. Rossi-

Ms. Rossi was conceived by Pat Battistini and filmed entirely in Monchio delle Corti and Parma, Italy. At the heart of the series is Maria Rossi—an eager bank employee whose name just happens to be the most common in the country. This simple fact spirals her into one absurd encounter after another, as she’s swept into a case of mistaken identity that grows more convoluted with every episode. With episodes clocking in at a crisp 15–30 minutes, Ms. Rossi is a high-concept, low-drama delight that’s already making waves at international festivals.

Ms. Rossi 2: Ms. Rossi Takes the Cake

In our second entertaining episode, Maria Rossi finds herself still tangled in the web of identity confusion. No matter where she turns, people mistake her for another Maria Rossi, the most common woman's name in Italy. Her planned brief meeting with a wealthy landowner quickly devolves into a fiery showdown with an over-protective Nonna (that's Italian for "Grandmother"!). The chaos escalates as Maria ends up on the wrong side of the law and faces the wrath of the local priest. It's literally downhill from there for our Ms. Rossi.

Ms. Rossi 3: Ms. Rossi Meets the Mob

When the wrong driver picks you up at the airport, it can turn into a rollercoaster of events, and for our unsuspecting heroine, Ms. Rossi, it's about to get quite interesting. Fresh off her promotion as a downsize officer at the bank, Ms. Rossi heads to her first assignment, oblivious to the twist of fate about to unfold. Mistakenly introduced to a Mafia Don, she is handed a "hit" job, which she naively assumes is a routine firing. In a turn of events, Maria once again finds herself on the wrong side of a happy outcome.
